History of the company

Company GES-ELECTRONICS, a.s. was established and took up its activities in 1991 as business company in the field of electronic components. The company has started with five employees, central stock and a shop situated in Plzen. Predominant business part has been ensured by a shipping service.

During the period of time company GES-ELECTRONICS, a.s. has expanded its sphere of business for several activities and has come in the leading position in the Czech Republic. The company has expanded its activities namely in the field of selling and installation of radiocommunication, telecommunication and special technology including the infrastructure constructions.

Nowadays GES-ELECTRONICS, a.s. employs more than 100 skilled staff. They are divided into separate divisions according to the sphere of its activity. It guarantees close specialization and high-level professionalism of everyone who is participated in the company.

The company has its domicile in Plzen, branch store in Praha, Hradec Kralove, Brno and Ostrava, and owns a few subsidiary companies. GES-ELECTRONICS, a.s. cooperates with a lot of external employees and reseller companies on the basis of contract throughout the Czech Republic.

In 2001 the company has acquired internationally reputable certificate ISO 9001 that has been successfully defended at regular audits as follows.

In 2002 company GES-ELECTRONICS, s.r.o. was transformed to joint-stock company GES-ELECTRONICS, a.s.

Midyear 2007 GES-ELECTRONICS, a.s. has changed its headquarter and moved to the new, large, modern and the latest technology equiped building at the address Plzen, Studentska 55a. The building covers storage area of 5,000 m².
