Goods ordered via mail-order service or on-line e-shop are delivery by express transporters or by post in accordance with the customer´s request. It is possible to place an order on-line and pick up goods personally in any of our shops too.

• decide a price

We charge the real transport costs individually according to the packing dimensions and weight.

For the C.O.D. and fragile shipments an extra fee is charged, depending on the transporter requested.

We would like to point out to you it is not possible to extend the order after it is confirmed. The items are reserved in the amount requested and hand over to be delivered.

Delivery for FREE!

Packing, forwarding and insurance costs are free of charge, if the total is higher than estimated limit for the particular country, (eg. for the Czech Republic CZK 5,000 incl.VAT). In case the standard shipments do not exceed the estimated limit (underlimit order), GES-ELECTRONICS, a.s. will charge the delivery fee (packing and shipping costs)..

Make your choice!

We offer our customers the posibility to choose either

• dispatching whole order at once (undivided order)

The undivided order is dispatched at once after the order is completely fulfilled. In case of undivided order the delivery fee includes the real transport costs for one-shot delivery, depending on the transporter requested.

• dispatching separately (divided order)

The order is delivered in parts. All stocked items or items with delivery time 1 week are delivered at first. The remaining items are delivered additionally after all left items are in stock. In case of divided order the delivery fee includes shipment in two parts, depending on the transporter requested.

If the customer requires more than two shipments, the delivery fee for goods dispatched separately in consequence will be paid by customer.

Delivered by express transporters

The shipment is devolved upon the transporter on the same day of the expedition. Next day the shipment is delivered to the customer. If the order is delivered by express transporters, it is neccesary to write to the order the phone number the customer can be reached at. Eventually, the delivery address, if it differs from the residence where the customer is not present at time time of delivery. The transporter tries to deliver the package two-time. In case the addressee is not reached, the package will be returned to consigner.

Delivery by post

The shipment is devolved upon the Czech Post service on the same day of the expedition. Czech Post reserves right to deliver the package within 5 working days. This mean of transport allows to carry package up to 20kg of weight. Oversized package is delivered by express transporter in accordance with the customer´s agreement. In case the addressee is not reached, the package will be stored at the post office for 14 days.

Personal pickup in the shop

Few times a day the shop-assistents check the orders received. The Stock In items will be prepared for pick-up in the chosen shop immediately. Customer will be informed. The articles are reserved for the period of 2 weeks.

The rest would be delivered according to the stock level until the order fulfilment. Goods transfer between stocks takes about 5 working days. Customer will be informed.

It is possible to choose either dispatching goods in parts (called divided order) or dispatching at once (called undivided order), see above.

Chemical preparatives

Products of the chemical preparatives assortment legislation in force designated to be dangerous chemicals. The dangerous goods carriage by road is subject to specific regulations. Delivery by post is not possible. The corporate bodies have a chance to choose the service of PPL-SPRINT delivery. Otherwise the goods can be purchased only in our shops.

Non-standard shipments

The non-standard shipments (heavy, large, spacious, with special handling, fragile etc.) are dispatched on the basis of agreement with customer, the delivery fee is charged in an amount of real transport costs.

Goods ordered by e-shop or mail-order service

Czech Republic

Customers can place your order on-line in our e-shop at www.ges-electronics.com. Besides our e-shop the customers can make a profit of our mail-order service to place orders either by e-mail at ges@ges.cz, by fax or by post. Orders placed via the mail-order service up to the amount of CZK 5,000 incl. VAT are accepted by telephone as well.

Goods ordered via mail-order service or on-line e-shop are delivery by express transporters or by post in accordance with the customer´s request. If required, it is possible to collect goods from the shop as well. The goods are dispatched from the central stock at 2 p.m. (local time) daily.

The shipment date of the order depends on current stock level. The Stock In items can be delivered immediately, the rest would be delivered according to the stock level until the order fulfilment. Goods transfer between stocks takes about 5 working days.

All of the items ordered are reserved till they are not fulfilled or cancelled by the customer. If we are obliged to cancel any of the items, the customer will be informed in time.

EU countries

Customers can place your order on-line in our e-shop at www.ges-electronics.com. Besides our e-shop the customers can make a profit of our mail-order service to place orders either by e-mail at ges@ges.cz, by fax or by post.

Goods destined for the EU countries require no additional VAT payment or duty procedures. The principle of free circulation of goods is guaranted.

Immediately the payment is made in advance by card, with PayPal or the issued proforma invoice, goods are dispatched. Always the destination country is abroad ordered goods are delivered by express transporters or by post in accordance with the customer´s request. If the customer is a taxpayer registered in the EU, it will be subject to exempt from taxation. GES-ELECTRONICS, a.s. is a taxpayer registered in the Czech Republic who sells goods tax-free. In the other member country registered taxpayers are obliged to confess the imported goods and state it in the statement of taxable income.

If the customer is not a taxpayer registered in the EU, the delivered goods are subject to taxation in the supplier´s domicile. GES-ELECTRONICS, a.s. sells goods per price incl. VAT.

Non-EU countries

Immediately the payment is made in advance by card, with PayPal or the issued proforma invoice, goods are dispatched. Always the destination country is abroad ordered goods are delivered by express transporters or by post in accordance with the customer´s request. See the delivery fee link for the delivery costs of your destination. Customers are obliged to declare the goods. Fee charged per the customs declaration is CZK 190.00.

Goods purchased in the shop

Before you visit our shop you have a chance to check the availability at www.ges-electronics.com. Newly, there is a possibility to place an order on-line and pick up goods personally.

In our shops customers have a chance to place orders by telephone, e-mail, fax or by post. In this case customers can be sure of goods reserving for them till they come, check the goods personally and buy.

The sale availability date of the order depends on current stock level. The Stock In items can be sold immediately. Goods transfer between stocks takes about 5 working days. The rest of goods would be available according to the stock level that depends on the suppliers´ distribution.

EU coutries

The purchase bill payment is made in the shop. Goods destined for the EU countries require no duty procedures. The principle of free circulation of goods is guaranted.

Non-EU countries

The purchase bill payment is made in the shop.

VAT refund is complied with laws (235/2004 digest., Law of Value Added Tax and is possible to be applied in case of personal goods purchase and goods export done by a natural person that does not have permanent stay not even temporary address in the EU. Together with the purchased goods the customer receives the particular form to be certified by customs office when leaving the EU to get a export validation stamp. Receipts can then be sent back to the retailers for a refund request.

Conditions (short abstract):

• Natural person does not have permanent stay not even temporary address in the EU.
• Only a single shopping by a retailer (taxable person) at the same day is possible.
• Minimum price of the items purchased from a single retailer to be refunded is CZK 2.000 incl. VAT.
• Visitors can ask for refunds of all purchases up to 3 months prior to their departure from the country.
• The VAT refund is possible to apply during a period of 6 months from the purchase date.

VAT Refund form will not be certified by the border customs office, if:

• The form does not contain all required data on.
• The purchase bill is not attached.
• Goods are not shown to the customs officer by the foreign natural person.
• The amount of the purchase does not exceed CZK 2,000 incl. VAT.
• The form differs from the one published by Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic.
